Wholesale NFL Jerseys Junior Galette out until training camp, Kendall Fuller returns
Washington Redskins linebacker Junior Galette says if they had a game next week he would play. But they don’t -- and the Redskins don’t want to risk
anything. So he will sit out the rest of the spring, not returning for full-time
work until training camp.
Galette tore his Achilles in practice the week before the season opener in 2015 and said he’s about 85-percent recovered. He has also posted pictures on
social media this offseason of him making a 360-degree dunk. cheap NFL Jerseys
As his teammates practiced Wednesday, Galette worked with a trainer off to the side.
"He’s like a kid at Christmas," Redskins coach Jay Gruden said of Galette, "sitting up waiting for Santa Claus and he hasn’t come yet."
The Redskins hope the explosiveness he showed last summer returns in August. If so, it would provide a huge boost to a pass rush that could use one. Galette
has expressed confidence all offseason that he would be even more explosive than
in the past.
"I’m just as excited as I’ve ever been," Galette said. "I’m as excited as I was in 2010 when I was an undrafted rookie. I’m very excited."
