Eyes.The most sensitive anatomy of our being. They are mirrors. They are curtains. They are beauties. They are reflections. They're the doors to many of those secrets.
Aankh Milney sey hur aik Raaz bikhar jaata hai
Bhaid khul jaatey hain, Palkon ko jhukaaey rakhna
Do some eyes look empty without tears? All seas have islands (Jazeeray). Similarly just because some one's eyes are dry(khushk), you can't guess (Gumaan ) that he or she is happy. As may be those are just partially dry?
Ghalat gumaan na kar Meri khushk Aankhon par
Samandaron Mein jazeerey zaroor Miltey hain
Some people are just like tears.They give us nothing but tears. We can't keep such people in our eyes. And after all, what's the fate of tear? Ultimately it has to be slipped.

Similarly, some people just don't want to reveal their feelings, specially the sad ones. They cry alot when they are alone. But when they're in front of you, their eyes are dry. Though, at times, dry lands do contain floods ( Sailaab ) as well.
