The Game of thrones season 7 episode 1, titled Dragonstone, is shown for the first time in the UK on Monday, July 17 at 2 am (Sunday evening) - while being shown in the US.
However, if you do not feel like starting the week with the next one without sleeping, you can wait for it to show up later in the day.
(Or, of course, you could record the 2am show and watch it before you leave to work if you have the facilities to do so).
Sky Atlantic will air the Game of Thrones Season 7 Online Free show again at 9 pm Monday night, which could be a little easier to handle if you can avoid spoilers until then.
These times will remain the same throughout the seven episodes of season seven, although it is thought that some of the episodes will be longer than the normal duration of an hour.
