16 Room Motel, Restaurant, Swimming Pool, Dormitories & Camping Facilities, spread over an area of 12 acres, tram, lake, waterfall, 42 Acres drive in zoo, bird aviary, fish aquarium, network of roads.

Ancient land, Islamic land, Pakistan land, Scientific land, Fantasy World, Outdoor amusement, Sea world aquarium, Sports facilities, open air theatre, food and beverage facilities etc.
Cost:
Approximately Rs.150 millions.
Justification:
Punjab endowed with rich cultural and historical heritage and spectacular scenery, parks and gardens can blossom into a major leisure and amusement attraction and boost the economy of the country.
Due to dearth of entertainment outlets in Lahore, a city of more than 6.0 million population, need arises for an escape in the form of unique leisure facility of international standards.
In the close vicinity to Jallo Park, Sozo Water Park, Sky Land Park enroute Wagah Border a great attraction for foreign tourists witnessing the flag lowering ceremony.
Easily accessible from all major residential localities of Lahore. Public Transport available.
