If you didn't grow up with the
Drop Jordan hoop attached to the back of any door in the house and practice your thru-the-leg slam dunk, you've lived an unfulfilled childhood. Nike Basketball is attempting to bring back that sense of nostalgia on a grade school exclusive of the Nike Air Foamposite Pro, that was originally a colorway on the notorious Nike KD IV. With no further ado, check out these detailed images of the Nike Little Posite Pro 'Nerf' above.
The kicks feature a nearly indestructible '
KD 10 For Sale', 'Matte Silver', and 'Black' striped ribber Foamposite shell complete with 'Total Crimson' accents that hit the sneaker's Nike branding, tongue and heel tabs, as well as the outsole of the kicks. Leather lines the shoelaces eyelets of the kicks while 'Matte Silver' mesh lines the inside of the sneaker, head turning 'Green Strike' accents hit the tongue, insole, and outsole of the kicks, while a speckled carbon fiber shank at the midfoot of the kicks closes out the sneaker.
This particular aesthetic has always been pretty popular with Nike models. Considering the
Cheap Air Vapormax's fairly boot-like build, it seems especially appropriate. A premium suede upper takes on a combo of Sail and Harvest. A White midsole and translucent outsole help round things off with some contrast.
