Here's some latest info on Bollywood - Lollywood dosti:-

Satish Kaushik is contemplating signing a Pakistani actor as well as a Pakistani actress for his forthcoming film, which stars Ajay Devgan and Aditya Panscholi in pivotal roles. The producer of the film, Ashoo Ashok Khemka, has already made an official announcement.

Saawan Kumar is planning to sign a Pakistani actress opposite Salman Khan in his forthcoming film, a love story.

And now comes the news that a Hindi film will have a simultaneous release in India as well as at key stations of Pakistan as also in Kabul [Afghanistan].

The film: BULLET. And it has been produced by a Bulgarian of Afghani origin: Asad Sikander.

Revealing the info to this writer, the director of BULLET, Irfan Khan, said that the domestic rights of BULLET have been acquired by Hollywood giant 20th Century Fox and that should make the process of releasing the film in Pakistan simpler.

“The idea to release the film in Pakistan was suggested by Fox themselves,” Irfan discloses, “The film will be imported in Pakistan as a Bulgarian film since it has been produced by a Bulgarian production house [Diana S. Films]. Also, since the producer is an Afghani by origin, there's a possibility that the film will be released simultaneously in Kabul [Afghanistan].”

Irfan adds that BULLET may also open the roads for Hindi films in Bulgaria since it stars Miss Bulgaria, Natalia Gurgova, in one of the leads. “The film attracted a lot of media attention in Bulgaria due to her presence as also the fact that it was the first Hindi film to be shot there,” he adds.

Currently in its post-production stages, BULLET stars Iqbal Khan [FUN2SHH], well-known model Asseem Merchant, producer Asad Sikander himself and Natalia Gurgova in principal roles.
