Interest

Hi everyone...
well most muslim knows that taking or giving interest is haram, and well near enough every job is connected to taking or giving interest... profits are usually kept in accounts that give interest... if you work for someone say a big firm they will deal with interest for sure... when accounts are made interest is also considered... so what should 1 do? I mean what other alternatives can u think of? do u think a person should stop working at all? (a bit extreme), so what ya think???
