Music for a Pakistani film is being recorded in India and the film too could well be shot here.
Sonu Nigam is recording a song for Pakistani director Javed Sheikh's film aptly titled Khule Aasmaan Ke Neechey.
The film is about the children getting engaged at a very young age in Pakistan, a theme that finds echoes across the border.
With music by Amjad Bobby, the Rs 5 crore budget Khule Aasmaan Ke Neechey would be the costliest Pakistani film ever made.
"I have been to India four times before but this time it actually feels that I am recording Khule Aasman Ke Neechey," says Amjad Bobby.
Sheikh's earlier venture Yeh Dil Aapka Hua is among the biggest hits in Pakistan. It started the trend of family dramas again in Pakistan. Amjad Bobby, incidentally, was the music director of this film too.
Cinema and music do not recognise borders and that's the reason why Javed Sheikh is also shooting his film in India now.
