For me, planning and creating lists has worked - these are the habits of successful people. You need to write down your plans for the days and then most likely you have completed them. Do not forget to indicate the exact time when you need to do this. Spending 5 minutes compiling your to-do list the night before is the first step toward achieving great goals.
