yeh sit ups n crunches really help, i do 50 everynight..then i have a stationary cycle that i do for 45min...see my goal is to be back at 100lbs...sanam ur right..i'll start drinking water LOTS of it, btw i also do a 6 oclock diet..wheer u dun eat after 6, but sometimes i juss break that, but i mean whatever i eat i burn by exercising, but im still not at 100! grrrr..how long do u think it will take guys????????????? im so impatient!!!!!!!!![:(!]
