oh, i see! i can understand now ur way of thinking!lol
coz it seems that u come from the "high" society of india, a rich family; i mean it's not every young indian who can study in USA.
So sorry but u are westernized, and for me u don't represent the most of young indians. i don't deny that u r hindustani,ok, but u can't say that the whole indian society has change, and that there's not conservative point of view in india about vulgarity and sexuality in bollywood.
For example, i just wanna quote AYESHA TAKIA, who is a young indian actress who plays in "DIL MANGE MOORE", with shahid kappor. During an intervieuw SHe says in the magazine FILMFARE NOVEMBER 2005, page 98 (if u don't trust me, lol):
"i mean no offence to anyone, but there are a lot of films I wouldn't want to be part of because I'm aware
that tomorrow I'm going to have a husband, children and grand children.
I would'nt want anybody to watch my films and wonder, "UH, what's my wife or my mother doing?"
I want to make my people proud of me.
A woman isn't just a sex object, she's also a wife, a daughter, a girlfriend, a sister.
(...)These days, without any offense to anyone, there are a lot of films being made that are only about sex.
You can't base your film on cleavage and short hemlines.
You have to base the film on people and stories".
So, u can't deny that ur country is conservative and have many values! and God bless him!
U know, for me it's not a problem if i see a "sensual" scene in a bolly film, i used to see this kind of image in france.
But i can't bear the fact that the indian cinema wants to westernize bollywood film.
i mean what i luv in this kindda movies is that it's the demonstration of the fact that u can do a very good movie without any very vulgar scene.
bye miss!
