yes many ppls do fasting on 9th and 10th ..... the main reasone that .... the army of yazeed block the water supply for Hazrat Imam Hussain(AS) from 7th tp 10th Moharam ...... mostly shia do fasting from 7th too 10th some of do on 9th and 10th ... the reason behind is just to show thier love with Hazrat Imam Hussain(AS)...
