I came across this topic while searching for the topic I wanted to find.

I finished the book a few days ago, it wasn't as thrilling as it claims to be but was a good read

It made me ask alot of questions about Prophet Isa (as)

Posted on 9/5/2005 9:22:56 PM

i Read it months ago. Fine book, made me a fan of da vinci,.. his dark side!
Yar wut abt the fact of hazrat esa's marriage? Quran hasent told it but hasent denied it also.

Posted on 9/6/2005 2:16:39 AM

BadShah I thought you may you have read the book from your sig (Lame Saint) All the codes in the book were good, but the last one for the inner codex was awesome (APPLE)

The book made me appriciate Da Vinci a lot, before I didn't even know he had a dark side! I don't look at the Mona Lisa in the same way

The person I asked was very convinced that Propet Isa (as) was not married, he was a young man during the events of the crucifixtion and although it was illegal for Jews not to marry, his family wasn't ordinary.

well,I did not read the book, but last month national geographic channel showed a special documentry on it that I watched.many experts although appreciated the authors work but they did not agree with him on the question of Hazrat Isa's marriage.

Posted on 9/6/2005 3:14:07 PM

ther r things in this book which r compl fictive
kuch batein theek hein
the rest shd b proved

hazrat essa ki shadi,,,
hmm,,, and y not,,,,, but the best thing was women status in christian (or our) society
and influence of pagan religions

i went to see St sulpice church last month
pic leni bhool gai

I've seen the Nat Geo doc too, it was really good.

Sall the only thing I disagreed with Brown was Prophet Isa's (as) marriage, PS could have been hiding something else, and how did knowing about Mary Magdalen give the Knights power? That made no sense, if anything it could have weakened them because people who can kill (or think they are killing) Isa (as) can kill his wife and family too. I think the holy grail is something else.

But Pagan symbolism and the construction of the bible by Constitine was very interesting

Posted on 9/7/2005 2:07:36 AM

God better knows Isa married or not but the book has started a world-wide debate over the accuracy of all the Divine books.Controversy always sells.

Nice Guess. U think like me

Posted on 9/7/2005 3:47:32 PM

overall, good book..but any discussions about its contents are useless.

Posted on 9/7/2005 3:50:57 PM

Badshah Great minds think alike

I don't think useless BadShah, it's interesting to know other's view

Posted on 9/7/2005 3:58:15 PM

Nobody changes his/her views...in that sense useless.

Posted on 9/7/2005 4:01:29 PM

its not the first book
or the first person who point out these things
but reality with touch of fiction looks more real

im waiting for the movie now
