Welcome to online forums of Janubaba.com. Till now, there were some rules and regulations that were applicable to all members to ensure conduct within the forums, but we've decided to make them more detailed and clearer! This would also ensure to reduce any misunderstandings or mishaps in future...!
The rules are as follows,
RULES AND REGULATIONS:
1.) Refrain from using abusive behaviour against other members.
2.) No personal attacks / No Raciest Remarks (not even as joke unless the member u r joking with have no problem)
3.) No post should include Religious hatred/ topics.
4.) Staying within the Forum category.
5.) Posting in wrong froum will be moved to correct one.
6.) No spamming-such as continuous replies of smileys, etc
7.) No chit-chatting / off-topic replies in Serious Corner.
**All off-topic replies made will simply be deleted by Admins and Moderators.
8.) Signature size allowed is 300 KB.
9.) Forum is PG-13…so keep the pictures and posts clean!
10.) Any topic over 10 days will be closed in Introductions / Sentiments.
11.) Only topic about big events, current afairs, birthdays, showing a member's talen (knowldge base/sharing/poetry) etc will be allowed to be sticked! (send a request to Admins/Mods)
Birthday topics will be sticked up for only 3 days.
Knowldge base/sharing/poetry topics will be sticked up for 5 days untill unless they r not updated!
All other topics will be stickied up for 7 days maximum.
12.) Admins reserve the right to make the final decision.
ACTION AGAINST VIOLATORS:
If any member fails to follow these rules he/she would be subject to following actions:
Level One Action: Warning will be issued.
Level Two Action: Revoking membership for one week.
Level Three Action: Banning the member.
All banned members have a right to appeal (to ADMINS & MODS), which would be considered independently.
***In extreme cases, a member can immediately be blocked without warnings! (For example swearing at someone’s parent’s, etc)
REPORTING VIOLATIONS:
If you see any member violating any of the forum rules you can report him directly to any Admin or MOD.
All the information sent to us will be kept confidential.
ADMINS & MODERATORS:
What are Forum Administrators?
Forums Administrators are people who have the highest level of control over the forums, they have the ability to turn on and off features on the forums, ban users, remove users, edit and delete posts, create users groups, etc.
What are Forum Moderators?
Moderators are individuals or groups of users who look after the day to day running of the forums. They have the power to edit, delete, move, close, unclose, topics and posts, in the forum they moderate. Moderators generally are there to prevent people from posting offensive or abusive material
FINAL NOTE:
Last but not least, we don't think we have any trouble makers around here, but this is just to ensure healthy & fair environment around here. These rules won't effect your everyday postings at all, it will just ensure we r all working together with in rules and regulations!
