CHarlie Bucket (Highmore) is so poor he only gets to buy one chocolate bar a year — so there's really no chance he'll be lucky enough to find one of the five golden tickets hidden inside of Wonka Bars, the delicious treat manufactured at the top-secret factory owned by Willy Wonka (Depp). But when the unlikely event occurs, Charlie's invited on a guided tour of Mr. Wonka's surreal building.

okie i saw the movie today, n its one of the greatest movies of all time...
Depp again is best at what he does...
therez not a single second in that movie where u could be like"Boring" cuz its jus too good...
oh n also look our for n other movie from Tim Burton n Johnny Depp...The Corpse Bride...comes out this october...

I haven't read the book, but in the new film you get to see the story of Wonka's (Depp's) past and about his assertive father. The movie's always had an edge but this version looks to play more its darker side.

I've seen the original movie hundreds of times, it always comes on during Xmas.

the old one was good and this version is jut mind blowing i recomend thsi to ebry1 to watch cause u have to live ur bachpan nagin to enjoy life so get away from reality an dinto a fantasy world my dears life i slived once so lets enjoy it
