I m unable to concentrate on anything

no one laff plz,, im damn serious
parhai ho,, cooking ho,, ya koi SERIOUS kaam ho,, uss pe concentrate nahi kar pati,, dil se nahi kar sakti
khud ko motivate karna azaaab lagta hai

same here i can't concentrate either on anything...even when i have final exams or a project due next day at work...lol...but then again...i pull up something to get out of trouble...bazigaar afterall

but sharam karoo araam sub nain aik hi dafa kerna haii but asii baatain kernain say koyii hurt hota haii yaad rukha karain

Sall i have the same problem, i have the attention span less than of a fish, in lectures i can concentrate for like 15 minutes everything after that is a beautiful dream

oh i got small solution it was given by my friend who was budhish.ANd it is tested by me when i was in masters

take Big piece of paper and wrote 1 on it in big font. hang it on wall , before starting any work. stare at it for 1-2 mins , and then immediatly start ur work it will increase ur concentration

i was suffering from that, i know exactly

what your going through, do your self a fav

lock your door and sit calmly on the floor
(get a cushion for the bumpty lol)

and then sit and just think about your breathing

then one by one the path becomes a little clearer,

i usally have Herbal tea it helps with concentration

ek aur kaam bahut aasan hay
raat ko bed par leto aur kamre ki lights offkardo us ko baad 2 apne aap ko relax kar lo apne sare muscles dheelay chr do ahista ahista saans lo mind ko empty kardo 3-4 mins main neend aaye gee 3 -4 din aisa karo khasa fark pare ga

1st yeh ke ap jab koi bhi ab kam keroo tu yeh mind main bilkul na laoo ke main concentrate nahi ker rahi

yan kam kertye hoye yeh bilkul na socho ke main kam per concentrate ker rahi hoon ke nahi

bas pehlye bahger tawaja ke kam kerna start ker dooo
then ap unintentionally us per concentration start ker doo gi

apun ka tu yehi khyal hai

Hey.. First of all I think its importent for you to realize what det problem actually is here. You gotta find out what the cause is..

Mayb ur just psysically tired.. like me.. it helps a lot if you find some time to exersize in ur sparetime.

If its mentally ... I think you shud talk with sumbody bout' it.

I think its easier to be sad and not to do anything. But the thing is that it is only our own faulth if we feel that way. Why not be happy and satisfied with everything you DO have in life instead of focusing on all the difficulties in life? Its easy to say so, but not that easy when you have to take action and make changes in life.

I dont know if you gained anythin' of me sayin all this , but atleast I tried he he..
