I Got A Flu And Fever But

i gota do so many things tomorrow....
i have an appoinment with ma bank
thn i have to meet ma bro, (hes gona call n lemme knw where to meet)
n thn i av to collect a paper from local state.
n thn i av to buy sum cloths...
n i av this freakin flu plus lil fever...

warm up some water, add some lemmon juice and honey stir in, (its horroble) but it works


drink plenty of water and rest

ok here what to do, get some jazmin oil, have your mommy or someone else rub it into your chest your arms (its gona hurt but thats your muscles relaxing) and your back and neck

sit oily for like an hour or two then take a hot shower, the oil relaxes your mucles but also helps the body re energize and fight off the virus

i do it to my bro and cousins and it works for them
