Tarap - The Typical Shytt

Well...I saw Tarap Yesterday....and Trust Me...it's a total waste of time n money....typical pakistani formula stuff patched up with a few 'OK' songs and well-picturized dances....!
I am not gonna talk about it much coz it's not worth it...! N i heard same about One 2 Ka One...!
Looking forward to see KKL....

A few months I did thought that Tarap would be a good film but after I had read that Jaffer Arsh was scriptwriter for the film then I did have serious doubts but I kept quite and hoped that I would be proved wrong.

Jaffer Arsh is renounced for writing scripts for third rate Punjabi films and for him to write a script for a good Urdu is totally beyond him and this has proved right.

One has to blame Sangeeta for choosing Jaffer Arsh as script writer.

i think its good to see these new DTS movies with high budgets even if its rubbish, just look at india most of there films are just trash they are making like 2/3 good movies a year but people are still going to watch them because they are using all the technology to give there films a great look. so even if its rubbish it will be good as tarap will hopefully pull the crowds in and especially family, wat we need most is youngsters going to the cinemas is well.

Well MR NICE the same case is wid me,Jaffer Arsh also wrote the script for Pappu Gujjar,and Zameen Key Khuda:Both r cheap movies!

well...theatre was housefull...but attendance gonna fall down as soon as first week ends!

well...before i saw the movie....i was like...let's expect a good movie from Sangeeta this time...but as usual...she is nothing more than a shytt director for shytt movies...!

True youngsters should go..
and Bollywood is not giving 3-4 good films a year.. they r giving huge hits eveymonth ... call 2006 Fanaa,Rang De Basanti,Lage Raho,KANK,Krrish,Phir Hera Pheri and many more...... and Overseas market help them a lot!

not true, they are giving hits for sure, but all the movies are crap, all movies you have mentioned are garbage and i have seen better punjabi films then them.

They should totally dismantle the film studios in Pakistan and let the bharteez take over and show them how to make films. I mean what crap -- why arent these educated, decent people in Lahore and Karachi stepping up with some decent scripts and decent films? Why is everyone playing dead? Why can not we have decent cinema without this Gujjar/Sangeeta/Syed Noor trash? I'm talking about URBAN cinema and not the village choorian/gujjar trash!

true yoyo...! i accidently watched Krrish yesterday at a frenz place..omg....it's so sh*tt...they can't make a more boring movie than this...!

You know..

Bollywood has a huge market.. Thier films if not hti then do decend business 50+% of thier films are NOT FLOP!!

People watch it..
Pakistanis first need to make good films and then search for new market... CHINA?? What Say.. before India overcome it...
