i am in 2nd year and my collage has banned on any interaction with our juniors. now we dont even get to see the faces of our juniors.

when i was fresher we gave a hell lot of ragging to our seniors and now there is a very good relationship bt 2 and 3rd year students.

i think ragging is good for a personality development and social relationship , and of course extreme ragging should be banned.
what are your thoughts?
