AURAT AUR MARD, looks like a smash hit fi

well i got an email from zaid aziz , producer of smash hit telefilm 'the early day' and he says hes made his next film, but this time its a feature film so would release in cinemas.

After the enormous success of ‘The Early Days’, I wanted to tap new horizons,
and therefore ended up producing AURAT AUR MARD. It portrays the reality of our
society that we always tend to disregard as we choose to be ignorant. It is
inspired by a true story. It is a contentious tale about obsession, lust, and
infidelity.

its produced by zaid aziz again and directed by ahson tahlish who has made some great dramas.

Thats great news. Ahson Talish is son of great film actor Talish who passed away a few years back.

Good looking site and this is what all our film makers should do. Trailor is impressive.

The best news is that the film is going to get released in Cinemas. Don't want this to be another tele film or just released on DVD.

Last year the producers of BOTAL GALI which also looked different wanted to release the film in Cinemas and then nothing happened.

Do you have any news on Botal Gali Yoyo.

well from what i heard was that botal gali was suppose to release in december in cinemas but maybe due to whiskey theme which wouldnt have gone well with pak audience they didnt release it.

Dont know if it got officailly released, but the premire of Botal Gali did take place some time last year.

Ive been told that it will be telecasted on ARY Asia (dont know about other feeds) in June during there ARY film festival.

Its a telefilm!
Today the telefilm makers have started calling thier telefilms films becuz they are also called Short Films.
It cannot rls in cinema becuz its not a feature film and dosent have DTS Sound either.

they are not calling it a film or short film, they are calling it a feature film.

and no short films are completly different to telefilms.
short films are like plays which only last under 30 minutes. telefilms are normal films but made for tv.
