uploading pictures

i was trying to upload a picture in phunny pics section but it didnt accept bcz it exceeded the size limit.. it says "maximum file size is 500kb' and the one im trying to upload is 900kb.. what do i do?

save your pic as JPG...it'll make the size shorter by it self...

lol i've limited the size of images.

Now where pictures are uploaded in forums total size of that directory is 288 mb ! that suxs hehehe

:) Hopefully soon will be deletting all topics & PM's older than 4 months will notify all before doin anything as such.

how much space does a user gets to upload the pics, i m talking about the total image upload quota in whole not in a particular msg.

There is no total upload quota. Just per image size is limited to 500kb.
