Well as far as my knowledge goes, don't know any method of hacking into hotmail accounts except these two below.

1. You go to forgot password and try to gues the answer
2. You use brute force method which tries random password or list of given passwords for that particular userid.. it's slow takes time, but sometimes u get lucky! hehe

rest is upto you do research on internet about further!
