actually ya but than most indian stars do dat too...so yah...and 2 be honest if they sing in real than it wont be that much fun cuz the songs wont sound dat good

when did Daler Mendhi say that (which programme) Its true if they sang live they would not sound as good as the CD but i also think they should sing live. They sing some of the songs live but at the end the stars get tired and dont have any breath left so they sing with the CD.

Yeah I'm not denying it ; Daler Mendhi was acting too cocky anyway! It was on that new Filmi show ARY USA is showing. I think it's called something like "Clap..Start..Action"....not sure I forgot!

But yeah and that idiot also said he dosen't know any Pakistani singers; I never knew who the hell "dollarstore mendhi" was until he came to London to do the show.

All I'm saying is that people pay good money; the least they could do is sing live! Or better, don't sing fine but at least have the instruments on the stage so it seems like it!!!

u can tell when there really singer or when there not. the music is diff. here in usa when stars usually cum, they sing for real. the regular shows in pak, they dont sing for real

but in some shws they do sing in real..
like sometimes on basant mela concerts or others..
im not sayin' everytime but not in all show they move by CD

When they come to the UK on shows like super music masti and Millan they have instruments on the stage.

i agree; singers should sing live.

but there are certain songs that are hard to sing such as abrar's 'nach punjaban.' its too fast and since the crowd wants to dance to it, a cd version is much better. as 4 dehler, someone should inform him that if he watches an abrar concert.....he'll notice nobody seems to care that he's playing to a cd. he has more devoted fans than dheler could even imagine.

and keep in mind peeps: for every 1 singer that lip-sings, there are 5-10 who go out of their way 2 sing live. bands like fuzon, mekkal hassan, and soloists like rahat, hadiqa, and even naseebo lal, all sing live - if given the choice.

also many arists are FORCED to lip-sing. a perfect example is the LUX STYLE AWARDS where fuzon and co. were forced to sing to a cd, despite being highly against it.

well i have readed all comments but let me tell u why these singers dont sing live well its all abt voccals have u ever seen ali haider,shehzad roy or abrar ul haq or even jawad singing live no they cant sing live cuz of thier poor voccals i have heard fuzon live in concert and they r really true professional they performed live wid same music and voccals and beleive it or not shafqat's voice was so perfect then even in live his voise sounds same as in the cd.well actually most of the upcoming bands like Aaroh,strings and some other they do perform live so its all abt voccals.

no not really cuz live music cant be as good as the recorded one...ne1 can mess up the beats n stuff...if ya know wat i mean...but shafqat amanat is indeed a veryyyyy brilliant singer and i have seen many tv programmes where he sung live and it was just awesome...and dat too w/o ne music aid

making no sense i mean u buy a ticket of 500 rupees of a concert jus to hear the same cd that u can hear at home as well lol

             this is all about higher pay. If Organizer pay them(singers) higher amount and then they can sing live. jaha tak sound ka sawal hia like the live music isn't better cd that's wrong if u set the sound properly it won't be bad becz i attend a lot of shows in USA. And I noticed the live music r apprecites by listener.

chrizmati yaar i agree with u that we buy so expensive tickets just to listen to cd which we cn hear at home too... thats true.. but like i said be4 not in all concert it happens aur jahaan tak IBRAR ke songs ki baat hai so.. his songs are long and in hard expression can't be made everytime.. and some songs will be ruined if the are sing again live as saki said..
