tanha hon is desht mai sath de koi
hathon mai de hath aisa ho humsafer koi

mai hon piyasa aur teri ankheen hain jheel
is jheel tek mujh ko pohncha to de koi

nibhaen gai tamam umr ab tere sath
sharth ye hai k na aae dosra koi

mai lekh to lon dil pe woh naam mager
tera naam to mujh ko bata de koi

woh na bhi mila to kiya us ki yadeen to hain
bus in yaadoon ko na mujh se chenay koi
