The hydraulic pressure ultrafine mill of our company is a new generation of molding device which is developed based on the domestic and foreign ultrafine mills and their application.
The hydraulic pressure ultrafine mill can press and mold all kinds of ore powder, metal powder, coal powder and other materials. The molded products are featured in large product density, strength and hardness. It is made of the latest materials with good hardness and wear resistance, thus extending the working life.
The hydraulic ultrafine mill can process wide range of powder materials that are difficult to form balls like graphite powder, fly ash, oxide skin, vanadium-titanium ore powder, steel making refining agent, iron fine powder, blue carbon dust, quicklime powder, magnesia powder, copper concentrate, chromium ore powder, lead and zinc wastes, bauxite, ceramics materials, nonferrous industrial powder, refractory matter as well as nonferrous powder. All these powders can be compressed into high density balls through high pressure.
The workflow of the ultrafine mill is like this: the motor passes the power to the two compression rollers through the reducer; the rollers turn towards each other and at the same time the materials enter the ball mound on the rollers. When the materials bear great pressure, they are compacted into balls in the minor space between the two rollers.
Our hydraulic ultrafine mill aims at reducing dust, controlling volume, recycling and improving transportation performance and has been widely used in the following industries like metallurgy, coal, building materials, chemical, electricity and refractory matter.
