I got upset with my little boy just before Iftar yesterday and scolded him but hugged him a moment later as I realized it was wrong. I felt so bad that after fasting whole day, I felt anger when a child was acting normal. I seek refuge with Allah from weakness and anger.

bcuz we are selfish and look to serve our interest only. We look at other girls bcuz we see them as objects of pleasure while oblivious of the fact our own sis/dauts are same to others.

I know. I feel bad especially bcuz I prayed to Allah for this one alot. And when I get upset with him I feel bad thinking I am being unthankful to Him for this precious gift.

A young guy once approached the Prophet (pbuh) and sought his permission to commit 4nication. Prophet (pbuh) asked the guy how he would feel if he would like someone to do the same with his sister, he responded, Never', then he asked him if he would like someone to do the same with his mother, he responded, Never. Then Prophet (pbuh) told him that the person he wanted to have illicit relations with must be somebody's sis or mom. He then placed his blessed hand on the guy's chest and prayed for him which receeded his desires.

How do you then fast!
You know that other acts of good will not even be looked at if the person neglects prayers. Just like prayers are unacceptable without the shahadah.

Question is complex bcuz it all depends on values in the family and how much individuals uphold it. if it is a norm for boys to fall in love (lust at)girls at first sight, their sister following suit should be a norm as well. In a household where piety is a norm and boys don't hound girls, sister's falling in love shall not be deemed and judged as wrong or immoral without knowing the matter. Even when it is found to be wrong by principles, one must respect feelings and take a course of wisdom. This by no means an invitation for girls to fall out of the wagon.

in simple words,,,,
agar aap ki apni niyat kharab hai,, to u ll never accept ur sister being in love with someone coz aap ko lage ga k uss shaks ki (and ur sisters') niyat bhi buri hai
aur agar aap khud kissi larki k liye dil mei burai nahi rakhte to aap ki sis ko koi pasand kare iss mei koi burai nahi dikhe gi

Simple answer to your quest wld be for guys to mend their ways first. Because their relations with someone else's sis and some other guy might hav relation with their sis. Respect sisters of others like yours. lower your gaze and don't check their figures out. Sounds so unreal! no fun! ......there's no short cut it. Old American adage, "what ever goes around comes around!"
Want to save embarrassment for self! save someone else from the same. Shaitanz nobodyz friend - vowed to cause destruction for humans while beautifying the temporal but sinful delights to them.

hmm,,, okk lemme say it,, as SD and F16 told abt a mini eitkaaf, i wanted to do it on friday,,, par it was my last day @infineon,, i spent nearly whole day talking to collegues,, aur ghar hi late i.. bohot se jhoot bole,, nothing that can hurt someone but still bohot se jhoot

then saturday,, i wanted to pray for whole day,, but mom went out and i had to prepare aftaari,, woh din bhi miss.. aftari thori late ho gai aur mom se daant pari aur bohot gussa kiya me ne

last night i wanted to pray till sehri,,, but itni zor ki neend i k

A believer is always happy - truly blessing from Allah.

You intend to do good and were not able to establish it, you still get reward for intention, and when you cld also it, you get double the reward. Isn't it heart warming   

Now this doesn't apply to obligatory prayers and other worship. Doing it is required and failure to it is sin.
