hmm, i wanna see swades, but doesnt it seem like a slow movie(by seeing the trailors), like slower then Veer Zaara. Veer Zaara seemed more like a movie u would want 2 watch in theaters, cauz of the beautifull picturization,and sound. swades is more of watching it home on dvd. any1 agree?

no, no yaar, Veer Zaara wasnt that bad. this year, i think every movie except Main Hoon Na, Masti, Mujse Shaadi Karogi, Dhoom, Dil ne jise apna kaha, Hulchul, n Veer Zaara, was a piece of shyt.

After the super-success of their last film together – Lagaan, director Ashutosh Gowariker wanted to cast Aamir Khan as the male lead in Swades also. The duo had also worked together in Baazi (1995).
However Aamir kept Ashutosh waiting for too long before saying no. Ashutosh finally went ahead with Shahrukh.
it said the story wasnt entertaining at all and was dull.
