* 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
1. Combine 3 tablespoons sugar and the cream in a bowl; whip it until soft peaks form. Refrigerate.
2. Add water, cocoa, and 1/2 cup sugar to a saucepan and bring to a slow boil, stirring often, over low heat.
3. Stir in salt, coffee, and milk. Heat to near boiling, and then remove from heat. Add vanilla and stir through.
4. Divide amaretto between six glasses. Divide coffee mixture between the glasses, pouring over the amaretto. Stir until well blended.
5. Garnish with whipped cream, chocolate syrup, chocolate shavings, or chocolate covered coffee beans.

* 1/2 cup hot water
* 2 cups ice cubes
* 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
1. Add espresso powder to hot water, stirring until well dissolved.
2. Allow mixture to cool.
3. When mixture is room temperature, add it to a blender with condensed milk and ice.
4. Blend on high for approximately one minute.
5. Pour into two glasses.
6. If desired, garnish with chocolate shavings or chocolate covered coffee beans.
