The settings fix this, or you need to try using other programs such as MorphVOX or Voxal Voice Changer. It seems to me that the second program is much better made, and its functionality is much more extensive than that of other programs that change the voice. When I was still at school, we had online lessons, and I had to use a voice changer so that classmates would not make fun of my high and squeaky voice. But when I came to school, they no longer behaved like that because they knew what to get on the head.
