Will a 1475 Watt (max) K-Cup coffee maker work in my Airstream GT with the chassis motor running? I know with the 1000W inverter it won’t work
with the engine off. My thoughts are ....no matter if the engine is
running or not the coffee machine will trip the breaker. I don’t want
to start the generator or have to be on shore power to make a cup
of coffee.

So, if I’m correct, I need to look for a coffee maker that draws less
than 1000 watts. I prefer a K cup machine. Any recommendations?

I love the CHEFMAN InstaCoffee Single-Serve K-Cup Pod, Coffee Maker. I use it at work since we're not allowed to have coffee makers with high wattages. It's a great deal for a single-serve coffee maker. You can find more options for other coffee makers(like espresso machines, drip coffee makers, etc.) that have low wattages on specialized websites. The Bella Pro Series espresso machine is the best dual coffee maker with a k-cup that you can find with a wattage of less than 1000. It also has a milk frother, so it's an excellent deal if you ask me.
