How to use the inclination sensor:
The general inclination will have built-in zero adjustment, so users can customize the zero adjustment button to achieve the function of setting zero at a certain angle according to their requirements. Before the inclination is installed, you need to determine the installation position and what angle you need to measure is relative to which plane, as long as the inclination is fixed in a certain plane, the zero button is used to achieve the zero function before measurement, which is mainly convenient to read the angle and reduce unnecessary errors.

1. The installation of the inclinometer is divided into horizontal and vertical installation, but whether horizontal or vertical installation, in the installation should keep the sensor mounting surface and the measured object surface parallel, while reducing the impact of dynamic and acceleration. For example, horizontal installation means that the inclinometer is placed horizontally on a flat surface, usually on the ground, table etc.

Vertical installation means that the inclinometer is mounted on a stable surface perpendicular to the ground, commonly on a wall. However, in general, the inclinometer sensor is shipped from the factory in order to suit the public when the ideal horizontal surface is used as a benchmark.

2. In addition to keeping the mounting surface of the sensor parallel to the surface of the object to be measured, it is also necessary to keep the sensing line parallel to the axis of the measured surface, i.e. the two axes must not have an angle generated.

3. The general inclinometer has a built-in zero adjustment system. This allows the customer to customize the zero adjustment button to achieve a certain angle zeroing performance, i.e. the zero button can be used to zero the angle before installation and use, making it easier to read the angle and reduce unwanted errors.

In order to keep the platform floor level at all times during aerial truck operations, the aerial truck is equipped with an automatic levelling mechanism to keep the platform level. As a control system, it can realize the control of boom rotation, extension and retraction, outrigger telescoping, platform control and levelling. Usually the system consists of an extension controller, levelling controller, inclinometer, angle meter, proximity switch, display screen, master switch, key switch, operating handle etc.

Application of inclination sensors:
Construction machinery, motorised equipment; cranes, winches; cars, buses; lifts, hoists; borehole positioning; wind energy; offshore and marine engineering; positioning systems for robotic arms; medical equipment; mining equipment, etc.
