that's for every night and morning in regular days. In Ramadhan, we should not miss any prayers in the masjid.

Women can also pray in the masjid. If they did at home, it doesn't count against them. (Allah knows the best)

i didnt say k sawab ki umeed na rakho
par sirf sawab liye jab ibadat ki jati hai to phir yehi haal hota hai jo abhi hai
ramadan mei dher nawafil aur waza'if aur baad mei farz bhi bhoole hote hein

par khair,,
