In your case, maybe double-check the confirmation email to ensure the link isn’t broken. If that doesn’t help, you might want to use a bulk email verifier before re-registering. I did this once to make sure my email was valid after having some issues, and it really helped eliminate any confusion with my registration. If everything checks out, contacting support could be your next step.
