when u see oil you should mix it then u wont see oil..try that

in da morning...if im in a rush.

Cereal
either cherrioes
or mini wheats

or two waffles.

Lunch
One green apple

Snack-cheese/crackers.

And then I have early dinner
whatever.
No greasy fried foods.
No red meats.

Just fruits/veggies
chicken, turkey
and breads.

And of course wise choices
like taken stairs instead of elevator.

Parking far at the mall instead of closer to entrance.

Excerising
dancing

drinking lots of water

see i started eating alot of asian foods and as a result less saturates and less chemicals, more yummie nummie in my tummy

you could put some picks up of you doing excesize

and BF you can get crunchy salad in tesco they have them on offer very nice

NEVER EAT AND THEN REST, no way!!!!

when i finish eating i get up and do the dishes move about, take a jog, i make my bros laugh by doing star jumps till i burp

one good tip i got from a homeopath is to pace yourself when eating, dont rush food, take it slow, and NEVER SKIP BREAKFAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i usally have a glass of orange juice/milk

and marks and spencer qussant
