There are certain things -a spider, a ghost,
The income-tax, gout, an umbrella for three
That I hate, but the thing that I hate the most
Is a thing they call the SEA.
Pour some salt water over the floor
Ugly I'm sure you'll allow it to be:
Suppose it extended a mile or more,
That's very like the SEA.

Beat a dog till it howls outright
Cruel, but all very well for a spree;
Suppose that one did so day and night,
That would be like the SEA.

I had a vision of nursery-maids;
Tens of thousands passed by me
All leading children with wooden spades,
And this was by the SEA.

Who invented those spades of wood?
Who was it cut them out of the tree?
None, I think, but an idiot could
Or one that loved the SEA.

It is pleasant and dreamy, no doubt, to float
With `thoughts as boundless, and souls as free';
But suppose you are very unwell in a boat,
How do you like the SEA.

There is an insect that people avoid
(Whence is derived the verb `to flee')
Where have you been by it most annoyed?
In lodgings by the SEA.

If you like coffee with sand for dregs,
A decided hint of salt in your tea,
And a fishy taste in the very eggs
By all means choose the SEA.

And if, with these dainties to drink and eat,
You prefer not a vestige of grass or tree,
And a chronic state of wet in your feet,
Then -I recommend the SEA.

For I have friends who dwell by the coast,
Pleasant friends they are to me!
It is when I'm with them I wonder most
That anyone likes the SEA.

They take me a walk: though tired and stiff,
To climb the heights I madly agree:
And, after a tumble or so from the cliff,
They kindly suggest the SEA.

I try the rocks, and I think it cool
That they laugh with such an excess of glee,
As I heavily slip into every pool,
That skirts the cold, cold SEA.

Consider the sea's listless chime:
Time's self it is, made audible,--
The murmur of the earth's own shell.
Secret continuance sublime
Is the sea's end: our sight may pass
No furlong further. Since time was,
This sound hath told the lapse of time.
No quiet, which is death's,--it hath
The mournfulness of ancient life,
Enduring always at dull strife.
As the world's heart of rest and wrath,
Its painful pulse is in the sands.
Last utterly, the whole sky stands,
Gray and not known, along its path.

Listen alone beside the sea,
Listen alone among the woods;
Those voices of twin solitudes
Shall have one sound alike to thee:
Hark where the murmurs of thronged men
Surge and sink back and surge again,--
Still the one voice of wave and tree.

Gather a shell from the strown beach
And listen at its lips: they sigh
The same desire and mystery,
The echo of the whole sea's speech.
And all mankind is thus at heart
Not anything but what thou art:
And Earth, Sea, Man, are all in each.

Bowed as an elm under the weight of its beauty,
So earth is bowed, under her weight of splendor,
Molten sea, richness of leaves and the burnished
Bronze of sea-grasses.

Clefts in the cliff shelter the purple sand-peas
And chicory flowers bluer than the ocean
Flinging its foam high, white fire in sunshine,
Jewels of water.

Joyous thunder of blown waves on the ledges,
Make me forget war and the dark war-sorrow --
Against the sky a sentry paces the sea-cliff
Slim in his khaki.

Beyond the sea, beyond the sea,
My heart is gone, far, far from me;
And ever on its track will flee
My thoughts, my dreams, beyond the sea.

Beyond the sea, beyond the sea,
The swallow wanders fast and free:
Oh, happy bird! were I like thee,
I, too, would fly beyond the sea.

Beyond the sea, beyond the sea,
Are kindly hearts and social glee:
But here for me they may not be;
My heart is gone beyond the sea.

A relaxing breeze sweeps
Across the calm flat surface
of the sea

reflected deep azure,
the waves start to roll and tumble
in the sea

crash, crash, crash
waves smash on high rocky cliffs
beside the sea

the sky darkens
huge, fluffy grey candyfloss gathers
above the sea

wind roars, thunder cracks
water crashes down like waterfalls
at the sea

schools of small fish panic, fear grips
they're being tossed around
through the sea

and eternity passes, clouds part
the sun shines down, heavens rays
onto the sea

tranquility is restored
gulls sqawk happily
near the sea

Rhythmic pattern of tides
a vast expance of blue water, remember
the sea.

Sea is to see,
Under the Sea is also to see,
when we see the sea, or under the sea,
when we dive into the sea, or swim in the sea,
surfing, sailing, fishing, our simply running a small boat,
we will see all,
all the baeuty,
all the nature,
calmness, and proud of the sea,
we shall learn a lot,
of the wildlife, a warmness, a welcoming of the sea,
how can we ignore the depth, while we are watching the depth,
how can we ignore the width, while we are swimming across,
how can we ignore the huge volume of the water, while we are in the middle of the sea,
sea is for us to learn,
sea is for us to teach,
sea is for us to live,
once you ignore the fact,
sea is for us to die.
sea is our heart,
sea is our lover's heart,
sea is the human reflection,
sea is everybody,
sea is you,
sea is me,
sea is he or she,
sea is nobody,
sea is the reflection of god,
sea is us,
sea takes its color from the sky,
sky takes its color from the sun,
sea is a sun,
sea, sun and the sand,
desert, ocean, and the moon,
dreamland of me,
do we need more proof,
if we are not blind and deaf,
we shall extend our love to all,
as a sun, a moon, a sea, a desert,
we shall take each other, s color,
no matter who has it,
we need to share,
in order to live,
we need to explore,
in order to have,
we need to be,
why not to be

Once ago I loved the sea
And as I did, it loved me
But I found another love for me
And she became my bride to be
We were as happy as can be
Unlike my old love, the sea
She was meant for me
But she did not like it that sea
So she sent a storm for me
But got my bride to be
I must love the sea
Or it will keep coming after me
That evil sea
She is happy that sea
As happy as me
When I had my bride to be
I’ll never be
Happy as can be
When my bride to be
Is with that evil sea

By the polite sea I rest,
Engaging in attention
And words. By the sea
I lay, by the sea I pray,
Dropping my elbows and words
Onto her sand.

By the amorous sea
I dream. And dream. And dream.
I love the sea. I love the sea.
She is quiet and polite
Tenderly allowing me permission
To be.

Behold the sea, the mighty restless sea!
Behold the strand of battered rock and sand!
The endless fight between the sea and man!
Behold the sea!
Through wind and storm the foaming breakers roar
What of the man who waits upon the shore?
What of the man you hold forevermore?
Behold the sea!
Rolling along in the starlight
Restless, plentiful and strong
Rolling along in the moonlight
Surf and spray shining in the sun
Behold the sea, the mighty restless sea!
Behold the strand of battered rock and sand!
The endless fight between the sea and man!
Behold the sea!

The sea reflects the shimmering light.
The sea looks so blue and green.
Fish swim down deep below.
The waves constantly rise and fall,
Carrying with them many sea creatures.
Boats have been tossed.
Some have been lost.
A plane wrecked sucked
Into a deep green hole.
Bodies have frozed in the sea's froth.
My soul would jump with glee
If I could live in the deep blue sea.
What could be a better wish
Than to swim with the jellyfish.

So let us be off to the depths of the sea
to hurry through saltworks
fetch shells and make love
backs to dunes
and dive down the blue there
there to swim until spent Come let us be off to the depths of the sea
and we'll swim until spent
down and down and down and down
wave-heaved and dolphin - hastened
Celebrants of the jungles of the floor of the sea Come let us take off for the depths of the sea
we'll whirl there, we'll chant
till love, love's alone left to do Come let me escort you to the depths of the sea
Extend me your hand
And my dream does the rest

Beginnings...

As Blue thunder raised it's spiraled, curling Wings
The Sea gods took watch, but never once blinked

And Blue would now become the Master'' god of
Sea-gods....Lord of the deepest Empire of Tides

And there were mazes and prisms...the construction
Was an undetaking of both Rhythm and Topography

One by One, each division of concept, became reality
Orchestration in masses of sea-breathing Aquanauts

Male forms in similar to the goddess - like Mermaids
Estranged by Mother Earth; embraced by Queen Sea

And the Aquanauts with their newborn powers of Sense
Will construct a new world under the Sea....Unparalleled

It keeps eternal whisperings around
Desolate shores, and with its mighty swell
Gluts twice ten thousand Caverns, till the spell
Of Hecate leaves them their old shadowy sound.
Often 'tis in such gentle temper found,
That scarcely will the very smallest shell
Be moved for days from where it sometime fell.
When last the winds of Heaven were unbound.
Oh, ye! who have your eyeballs vexed and tired,
Feast them upon the wideness of the Sea;
Oh ye! whose ears are dinned with uproar rude,
Or fed too much with cloying melody-
Sit ye near some old Cavern's Mouth and brood,
Until ye start, as if the sea nymphs quired!

On distant shores I stand and gaze,
Out there to sea into the haze,
Far or'e the ocean my homeland,
I dream, there standing on the sand,
The one I love, I hope and pray,
Together soon God speed the day,
Blow wind across the sea,
Whisper my love, please wait for me,
Blow wind across the sea,
To where my heart so longs to be,
Blow wind across the sea.

The twilight deepens stars do shine,
Please tell my love for her I pine,
Then darkness falls, the moon appears,
She sees me standing mid my tears,
Fly moon along the night,
Please guide my love with loves own light,
Fly moon across the sea,
To where my heart so longs to be,
Fly moon along the night,
Blow wind across the sea.

The silent clouds drift high in space,
I beg of them please haste their pace,
To tell you dear, I miss you so,
How much I love you, Let you know,
Roll clouds across the sky,
Please say my love will never die,
Roll clouds across the sea,
To where my heart so longs to be,
Roll clouds across the sky,
Fly moon along the night,
Blow wind across the sea.

A white yacht is bounding over waves
The beautiful scenery
Likely a rider on horse is galloping
In the country
The sea is joyful fortress

As if
Playing over and over in the Hamlet's Castle
The tragedy

Viewing the Merchant's harbor
I have thought of the cargos.

The sea is blue isolated island.

A rotted boat sitting in the beautiful inlet.

Seaweeds swaying

Like pianist's fingers flowing on the keyboards
It rises up the silence

In the afternoon of suffering sun with sweat
A sea breeze stimulates my skin
And
I guess the shadow of island and curse the storm

Sea is the mist, which can swallow the silence
Deeply
The fragrance of spring would wither away at once
In the bottom of the sea
The more vast mountains than the Himalayas

Sea is the coffin
In which waves laughing cold lie down

Along shining dawn
The morning starts to glide

The sea is rose cheeks
Interlacing my slender fingers with a rope
And
To the new port
It opens the sea routes

Greeting the new day dawning
Gazing at the sea
So calm, so blue
The tranquility floats in the air
Greeting all in its wake
As with scarcely a ripple
The sea quietly rolls its waves

Oh mighty sea, oh wonderous sea
Thy quietness masks
The depth of thy deep
The strength of thy force
The growth and life in thy bowel
Yet in turbulence thy boisterous rage
In thy abyss, innocent victims entombed

But when, like this moment
With waves calmly spread
Greeting the soul enraptured
With thy peaceful calm
Man thinks of the creator
And of the new day dawning

How lovely the birds of the air
As they fly in flock
Across the vast domain
Winging themselves to a new abode
Or returning at winter's end

The long-winged web-footed sea birds
the "Sea-gull",
Which glide on the water's surface
Or patiently await their prey
As they are the scavengers of the sea

A new day dawning!
The sun rising with
Its rays above the horizon
Greeting the world with its warmth
Telling the world
There is always "HOPE"
There is always "TOMORROW" in
The Rising Sun.

Ocean breezes beckon to thee,
whispers words of come to me.
Irresistible siren's call,
sounds of passion to enthral.

Beauty may not be what it seems,
find nightmares instead of dreams.
Still waters run deep, this is true,
hidden danger beneath the blue.

Alluring voice becomes your fate,
onto the rocks, it's much too late.
Once she has hold, but a slave,
sinking into an ocean grave.

Endless footprints at water's edge.
Do they wander into the sea?
Seafoam masks the hidden sorrow,
as the water churns in darkness.

As my eyes search the horizon,
I almost see you in the mist.
You remain a mere vision of,
endless footprints at water's edge.

The sea masks mysteries below,
not letting go of it's secrets.
Grains of sand, embedded footprints.
Do they wander into the sea?

Uncertainty of unknown truths.
My thoughts ebb and flow with the tide.
Can I escape my madness, when
seafoam masks my hidden sorrow?

Voices echo over the seacaps,
alluring yet quite disturbing.
My heart breaks, my eyes weep for you.
as the water churns in darkness.
