Weight Watchers Points are awarded for success and the dieter has the support of members from his group.

The cabbage soup diet itself is simple. Eat as much cabbage soup as you like. This low-fat, high-fiber diet promises loss of up to 10 pounds in one week. It is not suitable for long-term weight loss and should be followed for only seven days. The recipe for the namesake cabbage soup includes a variety of vegetables as well as cabbage. Although the diet provides a good kick-start to more moderate diets, some people find the soup bland and report feeling light-headed and weak.

Diet is bad. You can damage your body. I suggest you eat healthy and exercise. If you want junk food, make it baby days. Detox day will help you to get rid of this desire and cleanse the body. I'm doing a detox day california almond milk. I love organic juices and milk. I like almond milk. I feel better after taking this milk. Have you ever tasted such milk?
