Your Place to Stay

I've given up and given to you
a permanent place to stay
I've tried to get you out of my thoughts
but, you won't go away
There is this corner of my heart
that's been reserved for you

You have been there for quite some time and
I wasn't really sure
If you should remain there, and if so,
how would I endure
But, now I know that if you left
I'd never be the same
So, I won't ever let you leave
Until you make your claim
