The dispute between M/s. Magic Mantra Visions [Samarjit Dasgupta] and M/s. Yashi Multimedia P. Ltd. [Suresh Oberoi and Vivek Oberoi] has been settled due to the intervention of A.M.P.T.P.P. [producers' association], subject to the clearance of cheque [cheque no. 345357, dated 15-04-2004, drawn on Citi Bank, Mumbai] of Rs. 25 lakhs, issued by Yashi Multimedia P. Ltd.
“This amount is in full and final settlement towards amicable settlement between M/s. Magic Mantra Visions and M/s. Yashi Multimedia International FZE and both the parties agree and undertake that they have no complaint or claim against each other or any of their employees, agents etc.,” the association states.
The statement continues, “All disputes were a result of a misunderstanding and have been amicably settled. The parties agree that this matter is treated as closed and none of the parties shall discuss or disclose this
matter with any third party, including the press
