The latest buzz is that Ajay Devgan is no longer doing Aparna Sen’s Gulel. The reason being that he has no dates free at the end of the year when the the film is to be shot. He has his plate full with PNC’s Saheb Bibi Gulam for that time.

There is also talk that discussions are on between him and Karan Johar for him to feature in Johar’s next directorial venture, set in the pre-independence era. Johar is at present writing the script of the film, titled Kalank, in London.

When contacted, the director said non-committally, “I would not want to confirm any details now as the film rolls in December which is far away. And the film is not titled Kalank, that’s a title we have just registered.”

The film is rumoured to have Shah Rukh Khan. If Karan manages to rope in both Ajay and SRK he will pull off a casting coup. The two actors have not worked together at all ever since they came into the film industry.

Can we fantasise about a Dharmendra-Amitabh Bachchan combo here? Two superb actors coming together...Yes! Their chemistry will definitely sizzle on the silver screen......and with that however kajol agrees to step in? that will be a dream come true for the BOLLYWOOD!
