After being remade in Tamil and Telugu, 'Munnabhai MBBS' is being adapted for producer Haji Butt in Pakistan as well. Top star, Shaan, will play Sanjay Dutt's role. To be directed by Shahid Rana, the film will also star Nargis, Resham, Sana and Moammer Rana (the Akshay Kumar of Pakistan, who is opposite Mahima Chaudhry in Shashi Ranjan's forthcoming 'Dobara'.)
