Before i move ahead with any troubleshooting steps for you. I would like to know what is the exact eror that you are getting on your QuickBooks. Is that related to QuickBooks Enterprise cloud hosting or related to Company file error. If you`re having any issue while logging into your QuickBooks you also try some of the other methods of accessing your QuickBooks remotely with Citrix VDI or any remote technology

Meanwhile you provide me with the detailed description of the error that you are getting for QuickBooks. You can install QuickBooks File doctor and diagnose the errors.

Go to the Office 365 portal page and sign in to your Microsoft account. On the Office 365 Home web page, select Install Office. On the Download and install Office 375 Home screen, select Install. Depending on the web browser you use, you may be prompted to Run or Save the downloaded file. Once the installation is completed all your essential office 365 apps such as Skype for business online, Onedrive for business.
