Musharraf k bayan yeh baat show karta hai k he is unable to maintain THAT SO CALLED BALANCE between deen/dunya or woteverrrrrrrrrrr
yehi baat koi jahil molvi ne kahi hoti to itni buri nahi lagti

I know where this topic started. I just wanted to react on the quoted posts(see above).

If u have read the paper musharraf also said that the newspaper misinterpretated his words. but many people did not (wanted) to read that. especially not the people who are against him.
I think musharraf has done more for wonams rights than the previous governemts together. but he is also just a human being. he cant solve any problem immediately. As a nation we have to work together to prevent these things from happening.

Clearly youre in the oppostition. musharraf did not stab any 1 in the back. especially not the muslim. all those extremist (so called holy muslims) have stabbed musharraf in the back and backwarding our nation. Musharraf does have some faults but he is the man who has led pakistan through tough times. any other fundamentalist would have put pakistan in misery and
disaster.

I'm sorry Mr. Jinnah, I must've missed in reading Quran where Pakistan was mentioned as sacred. I however read the life and blood of Muslim as sacred, I found solidarity with non-muslims against muslims as sin, and I found Al-Quds as sacred and blessed.

How twisted is Musharraf's ideas - you will now find US govt endorsing his plans of westernizing pakistan.

Pakistan is not mentioned as sacred in the Quran. And if the life of muslims is sacred according to the teachings of islam, then it is also islam who teaches us to respect life (wheter a muslim life or a non muslim life).
Musharraf is not westernizing pakistan. He is trying to find a balance between Din and Dunya.
And that is exactly the teaching of islam. Its good to see that there is a leader in Pakistan who is not viewing the world with the glasses of the extemists.

Qauid-e-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah
Allama Iqbal

Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan
Dr AQ KHan

I dont know whether saima did or did not got an offer from bollywood but i am suspicious abt bollywood. if we want to improve aor film industry then we just have to put cash in making good movies. we have to do it on our own. every joint production of india and pakistan will be called " a bollywood movie".

besides we have a rich film history and we still have very good actors/actresses among the many filmi people.

and besides if we are gonna riducule aour film industry then who is gonna take up the job to put the industry back on its feet?

i am a pakistani overseas. (living in holland). i havent forgot my culture, my values not 1 bit. I am more pakistani then my family in pakistan. i think the people in pakistan are forgetting their values (not all off course). partly becoz of bollywood and partly becoz pakistanis dont have the feeling of unity and are not patriotic enough. and many more reasons

] hi everybody..

after a long long time i want to talk some serious issues.. so what the ppl in pakistan think abt sarabjeet? should he be realesed or punished?

he is 10th pass and by no means can become a raw member. there are too many proofs for his inocent.. thats wat we here and see.. we here do not get a clear picture of wat u and ur courts says abt him... wat proofs do they hav.. i mean i just want to know this coz i cant get the pakistani opinion on any media. ..

and do u think this will help the peace process..

i hope this topic remains serious..

thx.

first of all i would like to say that I am not representing the pakistani people.
As for this case: If he is not guilty and he is not a RAW member, what was he doing in Pakistan 10 years ago? Ten years ago there were no visas issued for indians to travel to pakistan and vice versa.

I think they should definitely not realeae him coz if he goes back then the indian government will take credit for it rather then admitting that pakistan relased him on mercy.

I also dont think he should get the death penalty coz thats cruel.

He did admit (according to several newspapers) so if he did admit then i think the supreme court should sentence him life imprisoment.

abt the peace process??
pakistan is doing her duty and if this is going to harm the peace process then i think this peace process is very delicate and vulnarable and should be stopped for now.
