Hello there Chaudhry ! Although Fragi's method of uploading the pics is easy but i have another method .

1: Move to www.imagestation.com , this is a web site for uploading pics and to make digital online albums .
2: Open an account .
3: Upload the pics move them to your desired albums .
4: Now question is that How to link these pics in JB or any other site .
5: Open any of the album open any pic .....>>>>>FULLSIZE<<<<<<... .. Pic not the thumbnail .
6: Right click on it , move to the properties u will see its address "URL" there , copy it and past it here in the JB reply space , dont forget to place around the url .
7: It will look like [ img ] xyz [/img] .

Though its a bit difficult method but u should learn it , kabhi kisi larki ko impress kernay kay he kaam aa jata hai .
