Personally, this should be a non-profit organization with at least 51% or more families in shanghai receiving 100% scholarships. Current families enrolled in private schools aren’t going to be able to afford the $40,000 tuition. If they can, they will pick an established traditional private school. Opportunities: the only people I see benefiting are the greedy profiting investors who like experimenting on other people’s children while robbing them blind.
