ALL CAPS will be considered yelling & rudeness.
If a member has cause for complaint against another member or an action of a moderator, then these should first be taken up with the relevant forum moderator via e-mail or PM. If a member still feels that they have not received a satisfactory explanation the next step should be to contact Admin, again via e-mail or PM. Hopefully this will resolve the matter. As a last resort the member can post a complaint in Admin's corner, please be patient and wait for a response from either a Moderator or Admin.
I trust all of us to keep these in mind while posting.
Be open in your communication and be willing to compromise. It will help make your relationships seem like less work and more like what it's supposed to be - people in harmony together...
