question...

there r so many forums for specific kind of posts...and new forums r also being suggested by members to open...but my question is...why r there so many topics opened in wrong section and not moved to their right forums by admins/mods?

there is a topic in new section "Serious Corner" ehich do not belong there...why r they moved there?
