i also dont know...some times like today...I am having Depression and sad ness but there is no reason..I thought a lot...But I couldnt found any problem in life...But I am sad
mebbe u need a change from ur normal routine ...a change of environment..a change of place can mebbe help u feel better...
but i cant assure this bcoz even this sumtimes dont help me..i feel depressed for no reason and with time it gets wears off...
