~~~Remedy for Cough and Flu ~~~~

Hi Everyone...

Ughh i can barely talk..can anyone plzzzz suggest a quick way to get this sore throat virus outta my system???

And oh yeah since its a common complaint fer most people out there...who're coughing their lungs out or sneezing their nostrils apart....i think it'll be really interesting if u all could suggest some good ways to cure these irritating pandemics.

put honey in hot hot boiling water and some drops of lemon.. u'll recover shooooooooooooooon :D

OOH! TOTALLY AGREE WID YA! I dont have a cold o da flu, but moi's got freakin allergies! ugh! watery eyes, runny nose, 'n can hardly breath! totally sux! SPRING SUX!!!

Put some salt in tea insted of sugar i inshaalah you will feel good.
or you can boil some water put some vix in there and smell the smoke (bhape)of it and while you do that cover your head and face so you wont smell the other cold air while yu do that.these are personal i have use them.Well hope you get better,take care
