he doesnt do anything much. naturally he gets very angry, and tries to go after aijazz to bust him up, and gets very angry, but his friends hold him down.
the scene is played down with music, so it looks insignificant, but they make it really big after when they talk about it.
tariq then oesnt want to get married, so he doesnt answer any calls from his fience. and his fience is desperate to spk to him.
then shifa frogives them to save the marriage, and they forgive and forget and get married.
