and my mom is going crazy

me: "mom i got it, i'm gonna just park my car at the airport"
mom: "are you sure? mein tumhe drop ker sakti hoon. do you have everything? i think you should check, you might forget something."

pardon my urdu folks, it's a bit rocky. anyway to the point of this entire post (yes there's actually a point, as surprised as you may be): why are moms always so worried about everything?
